Ronald C. Muzii

President & Owner


Ronald C. Muzii president of Muzii & Associates, Inc., a hotel marketing and consulting firm, has more than 45 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry. He has a unique background, having worked on 'both sides of the fence' in the tourism industry, both in the private and the public sector. In 1980, Mr. Muzii founded Muzii & Associates, since that time the company has provided advisory services to owners and operators of hotels throughout the Caribbean as well as many hotels within Florida. In the case of the Caribbean properties, Muzii & Associates functions as a complete marketing organization, overseeing and coordinating all of the marketing activities for its client hotels and resorts. For the Florida properties, the company provides a complete marketing and selling function to the important wholesale tour operator and online travel agency (OTA) Market in both the North American, UK, European, and South American markets. This includes contracting and maintaining relationships with these operators.

Among the clients the company has provided services for in the Caribbean are hotels in Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Nassau, Nevis, St.Croix, St.Lucia, St. Martin, St.Thomas, and Turks and Caicos. Hotels in Florida include Amelia Island, Daytona Beach, Florida Keys, Howey-in-the-Hills, Marco Island, Miami Beach, Naples, Orlando, Palm Beach, and St. Augustine.

Mr. Muzii is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and has served as president of the Florida chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society, founding President of the South Florida chapter of Meeting Planners International, president of the South Florida Chapter of HSMAI and a founding member and ten year board member of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives. In the 1970's Mr. Muzii was the first Executive Vice President of the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board, a position he held for ten years prior to forming Muzii & Associates. Mr. Muzii is widely recognized as an expert in the marketing of resort hotels and has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Nancy Monz

Operations Manager


A transplant from upstate New York, Nancy has lived in Florida for over 25 years. Nancy started in retail management and worked for both corporate and boutique stores. Being highly motivated, she was acknowledged for her production numbers as well as her operational skills. Choosing a change, she worked for Delta Airlines for many years. She was selected to create new programs for her station because of her proven skills in operations and administration. Nancy joined Muzii & Associates in 2005 and her experience in all aspects of hotel marketing is well recognized.

Sharon Wardle

Product & Event Coordinator


Born in Nottingham, England, Sharon moved to the USA in 1988 after spending six years in Bermuda. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Sharon has a proven track record of sales and operations. As Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau for over eleven years, she worked in convention and leisure sales, and directly with meeting planners, showcasing the destination. Sharon moved to Palm Beach County as Director of Cruise Operations for a local company prior to joining Muzii & Associates in May 2008.

Lauri Levitt

Contract Administrator


Lauri has been in the hotel business since she was in high school. She started working with Muzii & Associates, Inc. during its inception, and has since worked on and off with the company ever since taking time for college, marriage and family. Lauri has also worked for several hotels, gaining knowledge of the workings of the inner hotel industry. Now she is back working with Muzii & Associates, Inc., completing their team with her hotel knowledge and administrative skills.
